Return Policy
We have a 90 Day No Risk Full Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied we will refund you everything you paid us within the last 90 days, and revert your listing information back to the way it was before you signed up except that if you updated your business contact information we'll keep the new info so that people can still get ahold of you.
Here's the cool part, this 90 days is not like most 90 Day Guarantees. If 6 months from now you decide you want to cancel and get a refund for the past 90 days, that's fine with us. A year from now? Same thing, we'll give you a refund for the past 90 days. We've never had anyone ask for a refund, but if we ever do, it would probably be because they didn't feel like they were getting what they paid for, and if that's the case, we wouldn't want to keep thier money. You may be thinking, "How can they do this?" Well it's simple, our system won't let people sign up, wait 90 days, get a refund, and then sign up again. So no one can abuse the policy. If you get a refund, you don't get to sign back up for at least a year. This keeps everyone honest, and keeps us working hard to make sure we're offering a great value.
Now that doesn't mean you should sign up for a listing, update your contact info and then cancel on us. If that's all you're looking to do, you can just email us here.
- All refunds must be requested by email at refunds@ps1systems.com.
- Refunds are typically handled immediately but it may take up to two weeks. If it's been longer than two weeks, which has never happened to our knowledge, send us an email here and we'll give you the President of PS1's personal cell phone number and he'll get it taken care of for you. We would give it to you here, but then people would call him just to sell him something, and nobody wants that.
To Cancel Your Membership
Because listings are handled by Paypal subscription, you can go into your paypal account at any time and cancel your subscription yourself. You do not need to contact us to cancel, Paypal will contact us by email to let us know.
The Fine Print:Now this return policy may seem short to you. That's because we don't need a long, drawn out, jump through thirty hoops and we'll think about giving you your money back kind of policy. If you're not getting good return on your investment, we don't want your money. Business is about making money, not spending it on all kinds of fluff. We offer lots of great ways for you to get seen by the people looking for you, and get in touch with them, but we also understand that what we offer isn't for everyone. If you don't feel like this is for you, there's no hard feelings here.
